There Is a Leadership Revolution Underway: It Starts with the Quality of Our Connections

The new consciousness requires that we deepen the quality of our relationships and connections. For we are designed to operate within systems. And, the current systems are crumbling.

The systems falling apart were built from scarcity and competition, from gaps existing within train-auric energy that unfolds as groups of people come together.

Our individual auras are altered as we enter into these systems.

As the new era is unfolding, we are being called to reshape these systems. How we work, play and rest, both individually and collectively. How we define success. How we respect, value, and honor each other.

You don’t have to look far right now to see how out of balanced our current systems are and how all that we’ve previously known is falling away. 

There is a leadership revolution underway …

And, the pilgrimage starts with the quality of our own relationships first: the relationship we have with ourselves, with Source, and with others.

Change is inevitable. We can either lean in and rise to meet it, or we can go kicking and screaming.

Either way, it is happening.

Whether you realize it or not, you signed up for this. You are on this planet at this moment in time with great purpose. For each of us plays a role in the overall Cosmic Puzzle and dance of life. We each bring gifts to what is shifting, and we are being asked to choose to activate that.

Yes, it’s going to require courage. It’s going to be uncomfortable. That’s the point. This is the call to get your brave on. To show up in full alignment in your own sovereignty and with the gifts you are here to put into serve in the world.

The Universe is whispering: “it’s time. Now, not tomorrow. It’s time for you to lead in your magic.”

It’s about creating functional, healthy relationships in business, partnerships, and leadership.

Real leadership is deeply connected to the quality of these relationships.

We need to listen on a cellular level, to see beyond the filter of our own eyes. To learn a truer level of presence as we connect and engage together. To share our truths, our stories, and our vulnerabilities.

Yet, in the current landscape, we are a far cry away from operating this way. We currently are stuck in cycles of unbalanced power dynamics and a sense of control over others. We are allowing religious dogmas, judgement, and biases narrate our reality … the new era is requires more.

More truth. More compassion. More empathy. More wholeness and wellness. More grace. More alignment. More oneness. More love. 

The days of close-minded, narrow viewpoints are beginning to implode. We are experiecining being on the front lines of this destruction. The Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix is coming. 

In Human Design, this is the rising of a new, divine feminine energy, where we have the opportunity before us to remember our own divinity. To rise in the knowing that when we take care of ourselves, all is taken care. 

That the only real governance needed is to govern, or lead, ourselves. That power is not an external game, but truly only lives within. To trust in our own sovereignty and inner knowing … our internal GPS and compass.

As we rise into this new energy and era, we also are being called to change our metrics and definition of success. Whereas we have had a cycle of materialism and external gratification, we now are moving into an energy of healing, wellness, and sustainability.

Again, our relationships are a driving force in the wellness we are abl to create and sustain for ourselves. For this human experiences is all about how we interact and connect together.

The meaning of living life is simple: to put our gifts in service for others. 

The only way we can effectively serve from our highest and best capacity is to make sure our own cup is full and overflowing. 

As I tell my clients: “You are no longer to pour from your cup. The cup is yours. It’s only from the overflow on the saucer that you can truly serve others.”

It’s not about more of the same. 

It’s not about reworking or adjusting old systems. It’s about something different. Something new. It’s about creating an energetic blueprint that serves the collective whole … that raises the level of consciousness. 

And thus, helps humanity evolve. 

It’s about remembering who we are and how we are meant to be in interaction as one. How we are here to serve at out highest level. 

Because ….

Business is relational. Sales is relational. Marketing is relational.

Leadership is relational. Life is relational

In fact, the quality of our relationships is the new metric of success for the shift in consciousness underway.

The currency is changing.

Building connected cultures, unified family systems, and highly engaged, mission-driven, soul-led teams and communities.
